Rita Tran

Rita Tran is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in various managerial roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Officer at IUCN, responsible for overseeing HR operations in the European Regional Office, including recruitment, performance management, payroll, and compliance with local and global policies. Previously, as Senior People Operation Manager at Inspectorio, Rita led the People Operations Team and implemented effective administrative strategies. At Kantar Vietnam, Rita held the position of Acting HRM, focusing on delivering people plans, and served as People and Culture Manager at GO1, where recruitment collaboration was a key responsibility. Prior experience at Intel involved acting as a Strategic and Operational Business HR Partner, providing guidance on HR procedures for a large workforce. Rita holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Université libre de Bruxelles and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work at Evangelische Hochschule Freiburg.
