Kenneth E. Rigmaiden

Kenneth E. Rigmaiden is the current General President of IUPAT, having served in that role since 1997. Kenneth also previously served as GP of IUPAT District Council 36 & Local 831 from January 1997 to December 2015.

Kenneth E. Rigmaiden has a BA in Labor Studies from Antioch University/George Meany Center, a Journeyman certification from the Floor Covering Apprenticeship Program at CCC, and a BS in Business Administration from San Jose State University.
