Nicki Mahmoudi

Nicki Mahmoudi is an accomplished accountant with extensive experience in financial management and accounts payable. Currently serving as an accountant at Costin Construction Company since March 2024, Nicki previously held multiple positions at the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades from August 2016, including accounts payable manager, financial analyst, staff accountant, and accounting clerk. Prior experience includes working as an accounting bookkeeper at COSTCON Construction Services Inc. from January 2014 to August 2016. Nicki holds a Master of Arts in Accounting and Financial Management and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland Global Campus, as well as an Associate of Arts in Accounting and a Certificate in Accounting Technology from Howard Community College. Additionally, Nicki earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Payame Noor University through distance education.
