Fabio Poles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in academic and managerial roles. Since September 2019, Fabio has served as the General Manager at UniSMART - Fondazione Università di Padova, overseeing technical, financial, and administrative management. Fabio also leads the Academy division, focusing on the organization and promotion of Master’s programs and lifelong learning activities. In addition, Fabio is an Adjunct Professor at IUSVE - Istituto Universitario Salesiano Venezia and has held various leadership positions in several organizations, including co-founding the Scuola di Economia Civile and serving as General Secretary at Fondazione Studium Generale Marcianum.
