Frank Slangen

Frank Slangen is an experienced project director and managing partner with a robust background in the maritime and offshore industries. Currently serving as Project Director at Iv-Groep since October 2022, Frank oversees joint-venture portfolios for offshore wind projects. As Managing Partner at IMAKS and with previous roles such as Chief Operating Officer at Royal Van Lent Shipyard, Frank has a proven track record in managing high-profile custom superyacht projects. Experience includes leadership positions at Heerema Fabrication Group and Royal IHC, focusing on large-scale offshore energy production and equipment supply. Frank holds an Executive MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management and MSc and BSc degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology and TH Rijswijk, respectively.
