Afreen Rafee began their work experience in 2016 as a Senior Recruiter at Talent Logic Inc. Afreen worked in this role until April 2021. In June 2021, they joined BCforward as a Recruitment Specialist. Shortly after, in August 2021, they moved to IV IT SOLUTIONS LLC. as a Recruiter. In April 2021, they joined Brightpath Associates LLC as a Senior Recruiter, where they worked until February 2022.

Afreen Rafee obtained a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the International Technological University (ITU) between 2011 and 2013.
