Venu G. has extensive work experience spanning over a decade. Venu started their career as a Senior Mainframes consultant at Infosys, where they worked from 2008 to 2011. They were responsible for mapping business objectives, determining gaps, and coding batch programs.

Following their time at Infosys, Venu worked at HSBC as a Senior Mainframes consultant through CAP GEMINI. In this role, they were involved in creating technical specifications, designing and coding batch programs, and creating test scripts.

Venu then joined ASK Staffing, Inc as a Lead IT Recruiter in 2012. They managed end-to-end recruitment processes and acted as the main point of contact for various verticals, including healthcare, banking, and retail. They coordinated with business leaders and hiring managers to estimate manpower requirements and led the entire recruitment process, including screening candidates and salary negotiations.

From 2013 to 2015, Venu worked as a Lead IT Recruiter at Quality Staffing of America, Inc. They specialized in temporary staffing and provided personnel to Fortune 1000 companies across the United States.

In 2015, Venu joined Harvey Nash Group as a Team Lead. They built and guided the recruitment team, managed recruiters' day-to-day activities, and maintained reports.

From 2018 to 2021, Venu worked at ASK Consulting as a Senior Manager - Recruiting & Delivery. They set monthly recruitment targets, trained and motivated the team, and collaborated with technical managers to ensure correct resource delivery. Additionally, they built relationships with offered resources and partnered with search specialists to create sourcing strategies.
