Cassandra Onela PMP CSM is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk analysis and business consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Risk & Business Analyst at IVA'AL Solutions, LLC since January 2022, Cassandra previously held the position of Project Delivery Senior Analyst at Deloitte. Prior to that, a Management Consultant role was undertaken at The Center for Organizational Excellence, Inc., and Cassandra also contributed as an MRA Service Desk Technician at SAIC supporting the U.S. Department of State. Earlier experience includes a position as a Student Consultant at AARP, where collaboration occurred with the Learning and Development team to evaluate training effectiveness. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from Bowie State University.
