Pierre-Luc Bacon

Stanford PostDoc holds a Facebook CIFAR AI Chair and specializes in reinforcement learning. Ph.D. thesis focused on hierarchical reinforcement learning with deep neural networks. His research interests lie at the intersection of reinforcement learning, optimization, and representation learning and generally pertain to the challenge posed by the curse of the horizon when learning and planning over long time spans.
