Heliciane Arbona

Heliciane ARBONA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Heliciane started their career at Marionnaud as an IT intern, where they developed full stack websites and worked with Confluence and Jira. Heliciane then worked as a vendeuse at TAI YOU, selling K-pop CDs and merchandise, and later became a sales intern, assisting with internet orders.

Heliciane then joined Manga Café for a brief internship, where they greeted customers and helped with website content. Heliciane also had a one-week internship at Marionnaud, gaining retail experience.

In 2020, Heliciane joined FDJ Gaming Solutions France as an assistant chef de projet, supporting the Stream Jeu des lotteries étrangères. Heliciane managed projects for online scratch games.

Currently, Heliciane works at Ivalua as an Ingénieure Support Client Logiciel. Their responsibilities include managing client relationships, providing support and training, implementing software updates, and troubleshooting and fixing issues. Heliciane has expertise in C#, Vb. net, SQL, and client management, and is fluent in English.

Heliciane ARBONA attended ISEP - école d'ingénieurs du numérique from 2015 to 2020, where they studied Informatique. In 2019, they also had a brief period of study at Inha University in the field of Informatique. Additionally, in 2017, they had a short-term experience at Huazhong University of Science and Technology, although the specific field of study is unknown. In terms of certifications, Heliciane obtained the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in November 2019.
