Sushant Gavli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and project management within the technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager - Customer Success for Asia Pacific at Ivalua since November 2018, Sushant has played a pivotal role in managing project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Previous roles at Ivalua included Manager - Professional Services APAC and Implementation Lead, where responsibilities spanned full suite implementation projects in a cloud-based environment and engagement with esteemed clients across various industries. Prior experience at CleverTap and Zycus included customer journey optimization, technical account management, and support for sourcing lifecycle projects.
