Alberto Duarte

Alberto Duarte is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment management and planning. Currently serving as a Senior Director at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) since December 2024, Alberto also holds the position of Director of Investments for Latin America at Ivanhoé Cambridge since August 2021. Previously, Alberto worked at BR Properties from January 2011 to August 2021, progressing through various roles including Investment Manager, Planning Manager, Planning Coordinator, and Planning Analyst. Alberto's early career included an internship in Supply Chain at Irisbus - Iveco France. Alberto possesses a degree in Naval and Ocean Engineering from the Universidade de São Paulo and has also studied Industrial Engineering at the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon.
