Annie Houle

Annie joined CDPQ in 2017 where she is involved in all aspects of the investment process and post-investment management. She has led subordinated debt and equity investments in major Quebec companies. Annie also sits on the board of directors of portfolio companies.

Prior to joining CDPQ, she worked for more than 15 years in global banking services, covering several industries. The majority of his years were with HSBC Bank Canada, building the corporate banking department and team in Montreal. Annie initiated, structured, and negotiated several international financings involving bank debt, bond notes, public equity issues, project financings, in addition to being involved in all banking services offered to companies.

Annie obtained her Bachelor's degree in Economics with honors from the University of Montreal as well as a Master's degree in accounting and international finance from the London School of Economics. She is also a member of the Order of Chartered Professional Accountants of Quebec (CPA, CGA) and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
