Nathalie Palladitcheff has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Ivanhoé Cambridge since 2019. Active in the international commercial real estate community for more than 20 years, Nathalie Palladitcheff is very committed and is often called upon to speak on trends in industry and his beliefs about sustainable investing.

As President and Chief Executive Officer of Ivanhoé Cambridge, she is responsible for ensuring the growth and development of the Company as well as optimal long-term performance for the assets of Quebecers, while having a positive impact on the communities where the Company invests. Since her appointment, Ms. Palladitcheff has undertaken a major transformation of the portfolio in order to bring the Company to a new stage of its development in terms of diversification and innovation. Among her achievements, Ms. Palladitcheff notably counts the development of an engaging corporate social responsibility strategy including the achievement of carbon neutrality of the international portfolio by 2040.

As an officer of a subsidiary of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, Ms. Palladitcheff sits on its management committee as well as on several other committees.During the four years preceding her appointment, Ms. Palladitcheff held several responsibilities within Ivanhoé Cambridge, including that of Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer, where she ensured the development and execution of the Company's global strategy. so that it is well aligned and positioned to invest globally and with conviction.

Previously, Ms. Palladitcheff evolved within the public company for investment and development in commercial and residential real estate, Icade, firstly as a member of the executive committee, in charge of finance, legal and IT, and then as director Acting General. After beginning her career in finance at Coopers & Lybrand Audit and Banque Française Commerciale en Océan Indien, Ms. Palladitcheff worked in various fields of investment, development and real estate services within Société Foncière Lyonnaise in Paris and as Managing Director of Dolmea Real Estate, a subsidiary of the Axa Group.

Ms. Palladitcheff is currently Chair of FREY's Mission Committee and sits on the Board of Directors of REALPAC, of ​​which she was appointed Vice-Chair in 2020. She supports the work of the Sainte-Justine Children's Hospital Foundation and sits on its board of directors. She has led several fundraising campaigns for philanthropic causes related to the Quebec community.

A graduate of the Dijon Business School (ESC Dijon), Ms. Palladitcheff holds a Diploma in Accounting and Financial Studies (DESCF) and a Diploma in Financial and Accounting Studies (DECF). In 2012, she received the insignia of Chevalier of the National Order of Merit and in 2019 the Distinguished Leaders award from CREW for her great contribution to the advancement of women in the real estate industry.
