Shannon Richardson

Shannon Richardson has extensive experience in the insurance and technology sectors, currently serving as a Sr. Implementation Specialist and Sr. Product Manager at IVANS since November 1998. Prior to this role, Shannon worked as a Customer Service Representative at Great American Insurance from August 1997 to November 1998. Shannon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Business Administration from Xavier University, completed between 1993 and 1999.
