Shawn Francis

Shawn Francis has a diverse work background that spans over 15 years. Shawn started their career at Pink Elephant as a Business Development Manager in 2007 and then moved on to AdvanceWare Technologies as a Sales Manager, where they were responsible for international sales. From there, they joined Rising Stars Athletics & Education as the Director of Business Development and later became the General Manager.

In 2011, Shawn Francis moved to Adlib Software as an Enterprise Salesperson and then joined Pointstreak Sports Technologies as a Sales Representative in 2014. In 2015, they became an Account Executive at Intelex Technologies, where they developed web and mobile applications that streamline and simplify environmental, safety, and quality management.

In 2020, Shawn Francis joined Salumatics Inc as a Sales Executive, where they delivered trusted and secure technology solutions. In 2021, they worked as a Sales Representative for Surgical Lasers Inc. Currently, they are working as an Account Manager at IVANS, where they connect insurers, MGAs, agencies, and the insured and automates the distribution and servicing of insurance products.
