In this role, they were promoted to be the Team Lead for the "Cloud First Response" team, responsible for assisting customers and prospects through evaluations of Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services. Brendan generated sales pipeline, improved the user experience for trials of IICS, presented demos, provided training and resources to customers, and collaborated with internal departments. Brendan also assisted management with documentation and provided a roadmap for global Sales Strategy.

Before Informatica, Brendan worked as a Senior Business Development Manager from May 2016 to February 2018. In this role, they followed up on inbound leads and ran outbound prospecting campaigns to find sales opportunities in the Mid-Market/Commercial space. Brendan achieved 100% quota attainment by the second quarter and consistently surpassed 120-130% attainment. Brendan was also selected for the "BDM Leadership Council" to coach newer reps.

Prior to their experiences in the technology and software industry, Brendan gained sales experience at Yodle as an Essentials Sales Representative from December 2015 to May 2016. Brendan generated new business through outbound calls and presentations, targeting various industries.

Brendan also has a background in the hospitality industry, having worked as a Fine-Dining Server at Abacus-Jasper's Restaurant Group from March 2015 to December 2015. Brendan provided an exceptional experience for customers through suggestive selling and a focus on service and quality. Brendan consistently ranked in the top 3 for highest sales per guest.

Before that, Brendan held server positions at Roaring Fork Restaurant, Stonelake from October 2013 to April 2015, Z'Tejas Southwestern Grill from June 2013 to November 2013, and The Cheesecake Factory from March 2012 to May 2013.

Early in their career, Brendan worked at Olive Garden as a Server and Busser from April 2008 to May 2012. Brendan handled customer issues, won the Teamwork Award in 2010, and consistently performed well in wine and alcohol sales. Brendan also improved their Spanish-speaking skills to assist international guests.

Brendan Figg's professional journey started with multiple chairperson roles at Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity from January 2006 to April 2009.

Brendan Figg completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Music and Marketing from Florida State University in 2009. In addition to their degree, Brendan has obtained several certifications, including "Avoiding Common Pitfalls in Customer Success Management," "Building Resilience," "Communicating with Confidence," "Delivering Bad News Effectively," "Engagement Evaluation Best Practices for Customer Success Management," "Engagement Preparation Best Practices for Customer Success Management," "Managing Your Time," "Presenting to Senior Executives," "Value Realization Best Practices for Customer Success Management," and "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals." These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn and Microsoft, with most of them completed in July 2022, except for the "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" certification, which was obtained in January 2020.
