Cliff Jones

Cliff Jones is the Vice President of Sales, North America at Ivanti, where Cliff is responsible for ITSM Sales across North America. In their previous role at Cherwell Software, Cliff served as a Regional Vice President of Sales, Central, US Sales. Prior to that, Cliff worked as an Enterprise Account Executive at Cherwell Software, an IT Service Management Specialist at Serena Software, and a Business Service Manager (BMS) Architect at BMC Software. Cliff's experience also includes roles in Solution Sales Management, Regional Engagement Management, and Senior ITSM Consulting at various companies. Cliff holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Pittsburgh.
