Drew Brown

Drew Brown is an experienced technical writer and editor with a rich background in documentation and training material development in the information technology sector. Currently employed at Ivanti since June 2018, Drew leads the creation of various IT documentation, including policy documents and service-level agreements, while also mapping customer journeys through detailed process documentation. As an independent writing project professional since January 2017, Drew provides a range of writing and editing services, leveraging a network of connections and freelance opportunities.
