Ginny Verhagen has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Ginny worked at Ivanti as a Senior Global Growth Marketing Manager, where they managed global growth marketing campaigns and focused on security-related campaigns. Prior to that, they were a Manager of Global Customer Marketing, responsible for marketing to engage, retain, and grow existing customers globally. Ginny also worked as a Senior Marketing Manager in charge of creating pipeline and strengthening the branding of Ivanti in the EMEA North region.

Before their time at Ivanti, Ginny worked at RES Software as a Senior Marketing Manager, where they managed marketing and related budgets in the Benelux region. Ginny introduced the first all-Dutch website for RES Software and implemented a new innovative marketing mix. Ginny also held the position of Senior Corporate Events Marketing Manager, organizing worldwide presence at global events and managing event campaigns.

In their earlier career, Ginny served as a Yoga Instructor at Multifit health & leisure centres and gained international experience at Ericsson as a Product Marketing Manager and Account Manager Benelux, specializing in Mobile Advertising. Ginny also had a traineeship at The Manhattan Hotel Rotterdam as a Sales & Executive Office Coordinator and at InterContinental Hotels & Resorts as a Trainee Events.

Ginny Verhagen's education history is as follows:

From 1998 to 2003, Ginny attended Beatrix College Tilburg, where they obtained a HAVO degree in Culture & Society.

In 2003, they enrolled at Breda University of Applied Sciences and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in International Hospitality Management. Ginny completed their degree in 2007.

In 2011, Ginny attended NIMA, Nederlands Instituut voor Marketing, and earned a NIMA A certification in Corporate & Internal Communications. Ginny also obtained a NIMA B certification in Marketing Communications the same year.

In 2019, they attended various courses and workshops to enhance their skills. These include a workshop on Dutch Grammar at Taalcentrum-VU, a professional text editing course at Taalcentrum-VU, and a workshop on creative copywriting at Schrijven & Schrappen.

Later in 2019, Ginny pursued a short-term course at Douro Media, specializing in SEO. The course focused on Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia.
