Currently serving as both Scrum Master/TPM at Delinea since August 2022 and Director of Engineering at ThycoticCentrify since July 2021, Joel also holds a long-standing position as Vice President of Engineering at Ivanti, where responsibilities include defining the global strategic vision and fostering a culture of innovation. Joel's leadership encompasses prioritizing product development, managing risk, and co-directing a program management team that oversees 60 geographically distributed teams of 400 engineers, delivering high-quality software products in a test automation DevOps environment to tens of thousands of enterprise customers daily.
