Łukasz Krupiński

Łukasz Krupiński has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support and quality assurance. Łukasz started their career at Testronic in 2017 as a Quality Assurance Technician. In 2018, they joined Ivanti and began their journey as a Technical Support Engineer. Over the years, they progressed to the role of a Senior Technical Support Engineer and eventually became a Lead Technical Support Engineer in September 2021.

Łukasz Krupiński obtained a Master of Arts degree in Fine/Studio Arts, General from Europejska Akademia Sztuk w Warszawie, graduating between 2004 and 2010. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in various fields, including IT and Cybersecurity Risk Management Essential Training, Agile Requirements Foundations, Business Analysis Foundations, What Is Business Analysis?, Information Management: Document Security, Learning Cyber Incident Response and Digital Forensics, Learning Threat Modeling for Security Professionals, Vulnerability Management: Assessing the Risks with CVSS v3.1, and ITIL Foundation Level. The latter certification was obtained in November 2018 from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
