Mark Howarth

Mark Howarth is a seasoned software architect with extensive experience in transforming software architecture and developing innovative solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Software Architect at Ivanti since 2017, Mark has successfully modernized legacy service management software to a container-based architecture utilizing Azure services and designed CI/CD pipelines. Previously, Mark contributed to LANDesk Software as a Software Architect, where responsibilities included designing a remote management REST API and presenting at industry conferences. Additional experience includes roles at Emerson and Avocent, where Mark led the development of cloud services and integrated enterprise management products. Mark’s career began at Intel, focusing on device drivers and remote control software. Mark holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Brigham Young University.
