Mary Rachel Mendiola

Mary Rachel Mendiola, FPC, currently serves as a Senior Commissions Analyst for Global Incentive Compensation at Ivanti since April 2022, where responsibilities include the setup and maintenance of compensation plans. Prior to this role, Mary held several positions at Infor from October 2017 to March 2022, including Team Lead in Incentive Compensation and Global Incentive Compensation Analyst. Earlier experience includes serving as a Payroll Specialist at NorthGateArinso Human Resources and as a Payroll Practitioner at IBM Global Process Services, with a focus on comprehensive payroll processing and reporting. Mary's career began with an apprenticeship at Philippine National Bank. Academically, Mary holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Financial Management from the University of Santo Tomas and has additional education from the Fashion Institute of the Philippines.
