Prasanna Jayashankar

Prasanna Jayashankar has been working in various roles and companies throughout their career. In 2003, they started as a Customer Support Professional at Daksh E-Services Private Limited (IBM Subsidiary). Prasanna later became a Team Lead in 2004 before leaving in 2005. Following this, from 2005 to 2008, they worked as a Sr.Team Manager WFM & MIS at Stream Global Services. In 2008, they joined Radio City India as a Manager - Human Resource and stayed there until 2014. Prasanna then moved on to Chettinad Logistics Pvt Ltd where they served as a Manager for Human Resources and Administration from 2014 to 2015. From 2015 to 2019, Prasanna worked at Delightful Foods as a Manager. Prasanna is currently employed at Ivanti as a Lead Sales Operations Analyst, starting in 2019.

Prasanna Jayashankar holds a Certificate in Machine Learning from GreyAtom, obtained in 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's in Human Resources and Development Management (MHRDM) from Welingkar Institute of Management, completing it in 2013. Prasanna also earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mumbai, which they obtained in 2002. In addition to their formal education, Prasanna has obtained several certifications, including JavaScript Essential Training, Excel for Business Analysts, Power BI Data Modeling with DAX, and Product Management First Steps, all from LinkedIn. The certifications were obtained from various years, with the most recent one being achieved in July 2023.
