Sterling Parker's work experience includes various roles in the IT and customer service fields. Sterling began their career at Continental Airlines as an International Customer Service Representative from July 2001 to April 2005. Sterling then worked at Harland Clarke as a Team Supervisor from April 2003 to April 2005. From April 2005 to August 2009, they served as a Systems Administrator at Bach Corporation. Sterling then transitioned to Vangent, Inc. as an IT Manager from August 2009 to August 2010. Sterling joined iTOK in August 2010 as a Tier 3 Technical Support Manager before moving to Ivanti.
