Henri Stubbe

Henri Stubbe has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Henri began their career as a junior auditor at PwC Belgium, where they gained experience in analyzing and verifying financial information for clients in different industries. At PwC, they also worked as a management consultant, focusing on finance and performance management. Henri helped clients improve their finance and accounting operations, implement cost management structures, and enhance management information for decision making. Henri then joined PwC Norway, where they served as a senior associate and later as a manager in the consulting department. Henri specialized in performance management and improvement programs, particularly in the oil and gas industry. Most recently, they worked as the Head of Finance & Controlling at Ex-tech Group AS, a multinational company specializing in electronic and electromechanical products for hazardous areas. In this role, they focused on corporate finance activities, harmonizing financial departments across different countries, and improving financial reporting and control. Henri's work experience also includes a role in business development at Kanelsnurren AS, a renowned gourmet bakery in Norway. In this position, they collaborated with the founders and a family office to expand the business to other areas in the country. Currently, they are the CFO at IVAR IKS.

Henri Stubbe's education history began in 2003 when they attended Sint-Jan Berchmans College, where they studied Greek and Mathematics. Henri then went on to complete their Bachelor's degree in Commercial Engineering (Business Administration) at KU Leuven from 2009 to 2012. While pursuing their undergraduate studies, in 2011-2012, Henri also participated in a program at Università degli Studi di Torino, focusing on Business studies and Management Science. Following their Bachelor's degree, Henri pursued their Master's degree in Commercial Engineering at KU Leuven from 2012 to 2014. During their Master's program, in 2013, they briefly attended QUT (Queensland University of Technology) to study Economics and Finance.
