Frederic DIEULLE has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Frederic currently holds the position of Directeur des Ressources Humaines (CHRO) at IVC Evidensia France since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Intertek as the HR Director Europe on Luxury & Consumer Goods from 2022 to 2023. Frederic also served as the HR, Communication, HSE & General means Director at Intertek France from 2018 to 2023. Before that, they worked at AXA as a Global HR BP & HR Lead for the Health & Employee Benefits professional families from 2015 to 2018. Frederic also held the position of Head of HR at AXA Global P&C from 2013 to 2015. In addition, Frederic has worked as an HR Senior Business Partner and HR Business Partner at AXA Global P&C from 2010 to 2013. Frederic'searly career included a role as Chargé de mission RH at AXA France & AXA Cessions from 2008 to 2010.

Frederic DIEULLE has a diverse education history. Frederic obtained a Mastère spécialisé in Management des Hommes et des Organisations from ESCP Business School in 2009. In 2008, they completed their degree in Ingénieur Généraliste, with a focus on Matériaux et polymères, from Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Rouen. Frederic has also pursued several MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses) to enhance their skills.
