Ian Frankel, CTS

Ian Frankel, CTS has worked in the field service industry for over 10 years. Ian began their career as a Field Technician at RTS Unified Communications in September 2011 and was promoted to Field Service Technician in July 2013. In May 2015, Ian joined IVCi as a Field Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Field Service Engineer in February 2017. Ian's experience has primarily focused on providing technical support and services in the field, demonstrating their expertise in this area.

Ian Frankel, CTS attended Five Towns College from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production. In addition to their degree, Ian has also acquired several certifications, including Extron Control Professional from Extron in August 2022, Q-SYS Level 2 from QSC in August 2022, CTI-P101 Crestron Programming from Crestron Electronics in October 2020, Dante Certification Level 3 from Audinate in September 2019, and Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) from AVIXA in December 2019. Ian also holds certifications in Crestron DMC-E-4K and OSHA 30, although the specific dates of acquisition are not provided.
