Paul Tempest is a highly motivated and driven individual with extensive experience in growth and client relationship management. They currently hold the position of Head of Growth at IVE Group, where they leverage their diverse skills to foster strong professional relationships and enhance client outcomes. Previously, Paul served in various roles including Account Director at IVE Group and Production Manager at GRV Printing, demonstrating a hands-on approach to achieving quality results. Paul has furthered their education with a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership and various certifications in sales and leadership. Recognized as Employee of the Year in 2015 and Key Account Manager of the Year for two consecutive years at Blue Star PRINT, they continually strive for excellence in all endeavors.
