Shay Jones

Shay Jones is a dedicated human resources professional with a diverse background in HR and payroll. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at IVE Group since September 2022, Shay has built extensive experience as an HR Advisor in Print and Residential Distribution at Ovato since February 2019 and as an HR/RTW Coordinator at Hannanprint since December 2014. Previous roles include Payroll Officer at Hirotec and Site Payroll Coordinator at Amcor, showcasing a solid foundation in payroll management. Shay began a career in human resources as a Human Resource Assistant at Standards Australia and also gained experience as a Learning & Development Coordinator at Australian Discount Retail Trading. Educationally, Shay holds a Certificate IV in Human Resources from Tafe NSW, completed in 2013.
