Sam Sparks is an experienced audio engineer and customer success manager with a diverse professional background. In addition, Sam works as a Podcast Audio/Video Engineer at Ivester Jackson - Christie's International Real Estate, where responsibilities include recording and editing podcasts and managing content. Previous roles include customer success management in the SaaS sector at companies like Blackhawk Network and CARET, where Sam excelled in account management and client relations. Sam's career began in recording and audio engineering, having owned a full-service recording studio and held various positions enhancing client relations and audio production.
