Kelsey Glander is the President and Head Trainer at All Ears Pet Services and Training LLC. Kelsey has extensive experience in influencer program management, strategic planning, and talent recruitment. Kelsey has also worked as a Whitewater Kayaking Instructor and Camp Counselor, where Kelsey mentored and encouraged children to try new activities. With a Bachelor's Degree in American Studies and a Minor in Spanish, Kelsey is a dedicated professional with a strong background in animal behavior and training, as well as strategic campaign development.
