Heather Puksta

Heather Puksta has a wealth of experience in the field of Quality Assurance, having worked in various roles since 2013. Heather is currently the Head of Quality Assurance at iVexSol, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director at Barry-Wehmiller Design Group, where they were responsible for providing technical project leadership and ensuring projects were successful and executed within budget and schedule constraints. Heather also held the role of Manager, Quality & Compliance, where they led a team of Quality professionals and provided Client leadership and consulting on industry standards, Quality Systems and programs. Heather was also the Project Manager, Quality and Compliance, responsible for engineering and design of ISO Classified Cleanrooms and Process Equipment startup. In addition, they held the role of Quality Engineer, responsible for authoring, executing and ensuring regulatory requirements were met for cGMP documentation, client quality systems, operating procedures and industry standards. Finally, they were a Validation Engineer, responsible for executing commissioning and qualification documents with minimal supervision and an emphasis on adherence to cGMPs.

Heather Puksta graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Biomedical Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Arlington High School from 2006 to 2009. Heather also holds an OSHA 10 certification obtained in October 2016 from OSHA 10 Hour Training.
