Carly MacArthur

Carly MacArthur is a professional with extensive experience in research, communication, and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Research Associate in Sustainability & Innovation at Ivey Business School at Western University, Carly has previously held positions such as Mentorship Team Lead at WILL Employment Solutions and Communication Officer at London & Middlesex Local Immigration Partnership. Additional experience includes serving as a Research Assistant for the North American and Arctic Defence and Security Network and content writing for Creative Campbellville. Carly also completed a Graduate Fellowship with Global Affairs Canada and worked in policy and programs with the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs. Early career roles include assistance at the Peel District School Board, coordination for the Student Refugee Program with World University Service of Canada, and English education facilitation. Carly holds a Master of Arts in Global Governance from the Balsillie School of International Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts Honours in International Development from the University of Guelph.
