Elena Kovalchuk

Elena Kovalchuk is an experienced professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at IVI since April 2021. Previously, Elena held the same title at Home Credit and Finance Bank from July 2018 to April 2021. Elena's career includes a role as Team Leader for the IT&Telecoms practice at Hays in 2017 and leadership positions in recruitment at Alfa-Bank and Good Deal Consulting, where successful projects included high-level placements across various sectors.
