Marina Samson

Marina Samson is a skilled attorney with extensive experience in federal civil rights, police misconduct, and white-collar defense. Since August 2020, Marina has served as a Trial Attorney at Ivie McNeill Wyatt Purcell & Diggs, focusing on high-stakes litigation involving deadly shootings and misconduct. Previously, Marina worked at Lewis Brisbois handling labor, employment, and corporate litigation, and at Clark Hill Law managing corporate and employment-related claims. Marina’s legal career includes positions at Castellón & Funderburk LLP, the United States Attorney's Office, and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Marina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government and a Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, as well as an Executive MBA in Corporate Leadership from Loyola Marymount University.
