Rick Titshaw

Rick Titshaw is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in network operations and systems analysis, currently serving as a NOC Engineer I and previously as a System Analyst III at iVision since January 2020. Prior to this, Rick worked at OnsiteRIS from October 2014 to January 2020 as an IT Systems Analyst and QSR Support, where responsibilities included user setup, troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues, and managing desktop and laptop deployments. Earlier experience includes a role at Butts County Water and Sewer Authority, where Rick was involved in equipment monitoring, treatment analysis, and instrumentation calibration.
