Johannes Schnell - Kretschmer

Johannes Schnell-Kretschmer is the Co-Founder & Co-CEO at Junto, a company that specializes in cultivating exceptional leadership within organizations through tailored leadership programs. Prior to Junto, Johannes worked as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company, focusing on people and organizational transformations. Additionally, Johannes has experience in venture development at Picus Capital and is currently a member of the Edtech Founders Club. Johannes holds a M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from Università Bocconi, Copenhagen Business School, and the University of Mannheim.
