Rianne Baggermans has extensive experience in educational leadership and teaching. Currently serving as Manager Onderwijs at IVO-Deurne Alfrinkcollege since August 2020, Rianne previously held multiple roles at Nuenenscollege from 2011 to 2020, including Docent wiskunde, team leader, and coordinator for internships and assessments. Rianne began their career at BS Sint Clemens (Heuvelrijk) from 1996 to 2011 as a teacher, intern supervisor, and remedial teaching specialist. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Marnix Academie, and various degrees from Fontys University of Applied Sciences in mathematics education, special education, and remedial teaching, as well as a teaching degree from PABO Eindhoven.

De instelling bestaat uit de scholen: De Sprong (praktijkonderwijs), Hub van Doornecollege (Vmbo-basis en kader), Alfrinkcollege (Mavo, Vmbo T/G) en Peellandcollege (Havo, Atheneum en Gymnasium).
