Emma Crawford Chartered MCIPD serves as the Group Head of People Operations at ivolve care & support since March 2021, having previously held the position of Head of HR at Fieldbay for nearly twelve years. With extensive experience in HR leadership, Emma collaborates with senior management teams to implement HR strategies, manage complex casework, and oversee talent management and organizational change projects. Emma's earlier career includes roles as an HR Manager and Legal Assistant, complemented by a strong educational background in Human Resource Management and Law. Emma is also certified in IOSH and holds an ILM Level 7 degree in Leading Growth.
