Shaquille Williams

Shaquille Williams is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, marketing, and leadership. Currently serving as a crew member at McDonald's and a customer service specialist at iVox Solutions since 2019, Shaquille also holds a marketing internship at Carla Morris Life Coaching, focusing on social media management, branding, and email marketing. Involvement with Legacy Mentoring and Leadership at the University of Central Florida includes leading group counseling for at-risk male teenagers and co-hosting events. Additional experience includes tech support at the UCF Office of Instructional Resources, resident assistant duties at UCF Housing & Residence Life, and a student internship with The Florida Review. Shaquille holds a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from the University of Central Florida, completed in 2016.
