Finn Gätjen has work experience in various roles from 2012 to present. In 2012, they started as an apprentice at Seghorn Inkasso GmbH and worked as a Bürokaufmann until 2015. From 2015 to 2019, they joined SEGHORN GmbH as a Sachbearbeiter Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, then became a Controller from 2016 to 2018, and later served as an Ausbildungskoordinator until 2023. In 2023, they joined IVU Traffic Technologies as a Recruiter.
Finn Gätjen attended FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management from 2017 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Betriebswirtschaft & Wirtschaftspsychologie.
