Lydia Pustilnik

Lydia Pustilnik has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In 2017, they worked as a Teacher for Intercultural Management at Technische Universität Chemnitz from April to August. Later that year, they joined Capgemini Engineering as an HR & Travel Management employee from March to December. In 2018, Lydia worked as a Content-Manager at betterHR GmbH from January to November. In 2019, they served as a Talent Acquisition Project Manager at Personalberatung from January to May, and later transitioned to become a Recruiter at IVU Traffic Technologies from June onwards.

Lydia Pustilnik began their education in 2012 at Technische Universität Chemnitz, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interkulturelle Kommunikation. Lydia completed their undergraduate studies in 2016. In 2014, they participated in a study abroad semester at Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark. Lydia then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Management & Organisation Studies at Technische Universität Chemnitz, which they completed in 2018.
