Mathias Heidorn

Mathias Heidorn has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2003, they started their career at Business Sweden as a Marketing and Sales Consultant in Germany. Mathias then moved on to become a Project Manager in Denmark before becoming the Country Manager for Business Sweden in Norway, where they supervised a team of 10 employees and focused on sales and customer satisfaction.

In 2010, Heidorn joined Infranord AB as a Business Developer and later became the Business Development Manager, responsible for strategic sales and development in Scandinavia. Mathias then joined ISS Facility Services Sweden as a Business Development Executive, where they managed bid processes and built strong customer relationships.

In 2015, Heidorn joined Nobina Sverige AB as a Key Account Manager, working on improving profitability and building relationships with key customers. Mathias also served as a Sales Marketing Manager during their tenure.

Before their current position, Heidorn worked at Heidorn Consulting AB as a Business Consultant. In 2022, they joined IVU Traffic Technologies as the Managing Director.

Mathias Heidorn obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from Jönköping University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. In addition, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Management at Swinburne University of Technology in 2001. Prior to that, Mathias completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing at Montana State University-Bozeman from 2000 to 2001.
