Bradley Coulson has worked in various roles in the technology industry since 2009. Bradley began their career with ANZ as an IBL Placement, where they were responsible for ensuring the local process site was regularly updated and utilized, and assisted with the implementation of process improvements across the SDLC. In 2011, they joined Telstra as a Graduate, where they were involved in process improvement initiatives on an ad-hoc basis. Bradley then progressed to a Business Analyst role, where they engaged with key SMEs to gather business requirements. Bradley then moved to a Service Management Business Analyst role, where they were responsible for the implementation of ServiceNow and re-engineering and improving existing ITSM processes. Finally, they are currently a Product Owner at iVvy, where they are responsible for developing and owning the vision and roadmap for Service Desk Function and Service Request Management.

Bradley Coulson obtained a Bachelor of Business Information Systems/Bachelor of Business from Swinburne University of Technology in 2010, with a field of study in Human Resource Management & Organisational Behaviour. In 2019, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance. In 2022, they obtained a Certified Practitioner of Human-Centered Design certification from the LUMA Institute. Bradley also holds an ITIL v3 Expert certification from PEOPLECERT.
