Jolene Adams

Jolene Adams has a diverse and extensive work experience in healthcare management and operations. Jolene has held various leadership roles in different companies, starting with their current position as the Regional Operations Director at IVX Health since November 2020. In this role, they are responsible for full profit and loss (P&L) accountability and works on improving operations and patient census growth.

Prior to their current role, Jolene served as the Regional Operations Director at DaVita Inc. from May 2019 to November 2020. Here, they focused on clinical operations, P&L management, marketing, and quality assurance for outpatient hemodialysis and home therapies. Jolene also built positive relationships with nephrologists and ensured high standards of patient care.

Before DaVita, Jolene held the position of Vice President of Operations and Business Development at the Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI) from November 2017 to December 2018. Jolene developed and implemented strategic and tactical plans, collaborated with local operations staff, and acted as a liaison between market operations and radiologists.

Jolene's experience also includes being the Director of Operations and Administrative Executive at QuadMed LLC from November 2013 to November 2017. In this role, they oversaw clinical operations, strategic planning, quality improvement initiatives, and staff management. Jolene also served as a communication liaison between different offices.

Jolene Adams obtained their high school diploma from Hicksville in 1990, where they completed a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. Jolene then pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Purdue University-Ft. Wayne Campus, from 1990 to 1995. Later, they furthered their education by obtaining a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Indiana Weslyan, completed between 1999 and 2001.
