Kim Sexton

Kim Sexton has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Kim started working at IVX Health in 2022 as a Financial Counselor. Prior to that, they worked at R1 RCM from 2021, where they served as a Financial Counselor and a Patient Benefit Representative. Their responsibilities included explaining financial responsibilities to patients, counseling them on insurance benefits, and advocating for patients with insurance carriers. In 2016, Kim worked at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital as a Patient Access Specialist, where they managed billing information, verified insurance, and provided general information to callers. Before that, they worked in accounting at Prairie Farms Dairy from 2012 to 2016.

Kim Sexton is currently enrolled at Somerset Community College, where they are pursuing a degree in Medical Information Technology. Kim started their education in 2016 and is expected to complete their studies in 2022.
