Staci Trowbridge is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in patient support and financial counseling. Currently serving as a Prior Authorization Coordinator and Patient Support Manager at IVX Health since October 2020, Staci excels in enhancing patient experience, managing insurance authorizations, and overseeing clinic operations. Prior experience includes roles as a Patient Financial Counselor and Reimbursement Specialist at Diablo Valley Oncology & Hematology Medical Group, as well as various positions at e+CancerCare, focusing on accounts receivable, patient collections, and billing accuracy. Staci began her career at Blockbuster as a District Training Manager, developing training programs and reinforcing customer service standards. Staci holds education from the University of Northern Colorado and the University of Wyoming.
