Robert Lubell

Robert Lubell is the current Head of Product Operations at Ivy Energy. Prior to this, they were the Sales and Operations Manager at Dwelltek Solar Energy Solutions from February 2016 to December 2016. There, they introduced Dwelltek to a larger market and implemented 6 different finance options to improve close ratios and increase the customer demographic reach. Robert also recruited, trained, and managed an outside sales team consisting of both quality lead generators/appointment setters and in-home sales people. Before that, they were a Vivint Wireless Representative from January 2015 to March 2015 and a Sales Representative for Evolve Solar, Inc from August 2014 to January 2015. Robert's first Sales Manager position was at Vivint Solar from September 2013 to August 2014.

Robert Lubell's education career began at Moorpark College where they studied for their Associate of Arts degree. Robert then continued their education at Royal High School where they obtained their high school diploma.

Robert Lubell reports to Dover Janis, CEO & Founder. They are on a team with Keegan Acker - Regional Account Executive, Colin Walsh - Head of Sales Operations, and Bruce Robertson - Account Executive.
